On Saturday, 27 June 2026, United African Association (UAA) was proud to support the SickleWell Family Fun Day at Rectory Farm Community Centre, Northampton.

The event brought families and the wider community together to raise awareness of sickle cell and support the SickleWell Youth Summer Sessions.

UAA’s Dancing Drums were pleased to be part of the programme, sharing African rhythm, culture and community spirit.

A big thank you to Rochelle Raheem and the SickleWell team for inviting UAA to be part of this meaningful event. We would also like to thank the Dancing Drums team for representing UAA so well and bringing energy, joy and culture to the day.
