Community leadership with trustee oversight
UAA is governed by a Board of Trustees who are responsible for the charity’s strategic direction, good governance and oversight. Day-to-day services are delivered by a small staff team working alongside volunteers and community partners.
Our delivery model combines professional coordination with community participation. Volunteers support food provision, community lunches, welcoming spaces, outreach, events, youth activities, sport, administration, cultural programmes and other practical community work.
