Last Friday, 10/04/26, UAA worker Pedro Duarte met with Clare Neilson, who supports North Northamptonshire’s health and social care system through the local Healthwatch network, to visit a service user with a medical issue.

Clare works to advocate for people facing health-related challenges, helping to find solutions and improve communication between patients and health services, including doctors and other professionals.

We were pleased to offer support and encouragement to this service user, and we hope to continue working together until a positive outcome is achieved.
