Today, 21/04/26, a number of members of the United African Association (UAA) took part in First Aid training with the British Red Cross. It was a very valuable and enjoyable session, and we were pleased to learn important skills that will help us support others more confidently and effectively.

As we prepare to launch our 5-a-side league this Saturday, 25/04/26, we want to make sure we are not only creating a fun and welcoming community activity, but also making safety a priority. This training has helped us feel better prepared to respond appropriately if anyone needs support during our sessions or events.

We are very grateful for the opportunity to take part in this training, and we would like to say a special thank you to Kate Adams for delivering such an informative and helpful session.
