On Monday the 19th of January, 2026 we had our first session of the weight loss programme. The session was highly engaging. It went beyond discussions about food and nutrition, also focusing on how to achieve personal goals by identifying the right sources of motivation. It was also an opportunity to talk about what is keeping us from making the changes we want to make. We have 5 more sessions to go. These will happen on Mondays, from 10.30am-12.30pm, at Leicester Street community centre, NN1 3RS. You still have the chance to join us if you wish. Many thanks to Ben, the facilitator.
